Refunds and delivery.

How to ask for a refund

Message Vantum on WhatsApp 068 693 9017 or email [email protected]. Include the product and your payment reference. Never send your card number, PIN or banking password.

When we refund or fix it

Contact us if you paid but cannot access your result, were charged twice, or received a faulty or incorrect digital product. We will investigate and restore delivery, correct the product or refund the affected payment as appropriate.

How refunds are paid and how long they take

Refunds go back through the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank.

Cancellation and change of mind

For Vantum digital products other than Job-Ready, contact us about cancellation or a change of mind on WhatsApp 068 693 9017 or [email protected]. Any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain in place.

Delivery and shipping

Vantum sells AI-made digital products through software. They are once-off purchases in South African rand. No physical item is shipped.

Preview your product and check the price before paying. After payment is confirmed, software unlocks the digital result on the relevant product page. Bank payments that require manual confirmation are identified at checkout.

Quoted services

For quoted service work, the quote gives the cancellation and refund information before payment. Refunds and reversals are applied to the related unused credits, undelivered service or delivered component as the recorded facts require. Unused paid credits and prepaid page time remain available for the agreed work or applicable refund.

Vantum Job-Ready

Vantum Job-Ready has its own purchase and refund terms: payments are final once your package opens, and Job-Ready does not offer voluntary refunds.
